Shipping & Returns

 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During peak sales or holidays, additional processing time may be required. Changes to orders are not guaranteed, but if you need assistance, please contact us at support@darkknightcandles.com.

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once a label is created, with tracking updates following within 48-72 hours. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once shipped.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders, with prices depending on the destination and package weight. Please consider our 2-3 business day processing time when planning your order. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.

International Orders

Currently, we offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and include duties and taxes upfront. International transit times will be provided at checkout.

Exchanges & Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there's an issue, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and before using the product.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: We cannot be held liable for candles or similar products that melt when exposed to heat. We advise arranging delivery to a location where someone can receive the package. We are not responsible for damage to products left outside in hot temperatures.

Please note that shipping fees, discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are non-refundable and considered final sales.
